I have contacted the individual they do not have this account on Ebay. I actually sent them a registered letter and then they called me and explained they do not have an Ebay account. Ebay says they can not do anything. NADA! Which I do not understand why they can not call the individual or send them a letter to verify that their info is on an Ebay account and that they do not have an Ebay account.
That it is being used by an individual solely for leaving bad feedback without it being traced back to them. That Ebay ended up removing my bad feedback since they never paid for anything (they bought and never paid) then immediately slammed me that the product was terrible like they had received it even though they never paid and posted negative feedback the minute after they logged the buy even though they never paid. I know who did this and made up this account but Ebay is not interested in this | 9/06/08

She even left postitve feedback for the games she won. apparently Paypal does not help out with these chargebacks. I got screwed by her. | thedvdworlduk - (View Feedback) | $100 | i bought the above item in January. After 1 month the item hadnt arrived. The seller gave me a tracking number, which confirmed the item had not arrived.
The seller emailed me a Non-arrival form to complete and return, which I did on 4th March.
I emailed them at the end of March, but they claimed that Royal Mail takes 90days to investigate and I should contact them at the end of that period.
Thus I emailed them again on 3rd June, which was the end of the 90 day period. I had to send 4 reminders before anyone replied. After that they claimed they will settle soon.
As I didnt hear from them for a week, I sent another reminder which went ignored. It took another few emails before I got a reply asking for my paypal details to send the payment. Still no payment arrived.
Every 2 weeks I was sending an email asking what is the status. On average it took about 2/3 reminders before someone answered back with a terse comment saying that they have passed the details to the account dept.
This happened about 5 times until the start of August, when I told them that if no payment arrived by the end of August, I will inform Ebay. No one bothered to reply to that email. | 9/01/08
