She called me several days later and said it was making funny noises and asked what my return policy was. I said there was none because it worked perfectly when I shipped it. I had just used it the night before to download all the information to my computer. A few days later she filed a PayPal claim and said it made noises AND the usb cable was broken! I had just used that cable and it was fine! She just wanted her money back so she broke the item to file a claim! Now I am stuck refunding her money and with a broken unit - She has sold items in the past and didn't describe the item accurately according to her feedback. I have 100% positive feedback with 5stars for Item as Described - why would I jeopardize that by selling a defective item? It reallly irritates me that PayPal sided with her on this - she is out to buy another Palm, so sellers beware of this one! | 1/02/09
