| joeclothing - (View Feedback) | $600 | I paid immediately upon winning the bid, including payment for international express courier. The goods arrived one month later.
I then contacted joeclothing immediately to obtain his agreement to honor his refund policy because the pants didn't fit. The seller agreed that I return the goods. I returned the goods by express international courier. When I hadn't received the transfer of the refund into my Paypay account 3 weeks later I wrote to him enquiring as to its whereabouts. He confirmed that he had received the goods and had instructed his assistant to process the refund.
I then wrote on one week later enquiring as to the status of the refund. He wrote back at length explaining to me that the payment was about to be made.
We have heard nothing since despite follow up e-mails.
It is clear that the seller has been seeking to manipulate first, the 45 day period to escalate to a PayPal dispute, and second the 60 day rule by which I would not be able to leave feedback.

I had a buyer ( cmttrainer ) Give me a neutral because she claimed the shipping box had a smell. She also dinged all my stars. She bought a NEW glass ornament with no smell, She received it 4 days after she paid in the same mint condition as advertised. She also received FREE SHIPPING and dinged ALL my stars. She NEVER contacted me to let me know she wasn’t happy. Three weeks later she did that to my feedback with no communication. How can this be fair?

What is worse about this buyer is she is a business owner herself and was totally unfair with another business owner. When I tried to contact her to ask why she did this to me, she was the person that didn’t want to act like an adult and be fair. She is rude, nasty, selfish and inconsiderate. I would never recommend business with her. | 2/02/10

After receiving item, buyer claimed item was DOA but he/she REFUSE to send it back because post office if too far away. This buyer also lied about how far he/she is away from post office.
